FAQ's
Can my card be Personalised? - Yes. Please use the text boxes within the card description pages to send the name you would like on the front of the card and the message you would like inside, then check out as normal. Your requirements will be sent with your order and your card will be created esepcially for you.
What Payments do you accept? - Paypal, Bank Transfer, Cheque, Postal Order, Credit Card via paypal (you do not need an account) and cash on collection.
How much is Postage & Packaging? - Postage and packaging is worked out at checkout, dependant on the weight of the order. All orders are sent via Royal Mail.

Is there a minimum order amount? - No there is not. You can order as much or as little as you like. Postage is calculated at checkout, dpending on the weight of your item(s) so you can rest assured you are not going to over the odds, no matter how much you buy.
Do you provide brochures? - No I do not. The reason for this is because the cards are unique, meaning no two are ever the same and the Jewellery items are also unique, making brochure giving very difficult. The website is updated regularly though with new products so there is always a wide choice.
Can you send a card for me? - Yes I can. At checkout, when you pay via paypal, please include the name and address of where you would like the card sending and it will be sent the next day.
Do you take phone orders? - Yes I do. If you call 07731683505 with the name of the product(s) you would like your order can be taken. Payment should then be sent either as a cheque, postal order or via paypal or bank transfer.
Do you supply to retailers? - Yes I do. If you are a retailer and you would be interested in selling some or all of my products, please contact me and I will be happy to provide you with further information. Please see my stockists page for details of current retailers.
What happens if what I order is out of stock? - We try to have everything in stock that is shown on the website but if for any reason it isn't, we will email you to let you know. We will also provide an alternative product or a date of when we expect the original item to be back in stock.
The item I ordered isn't the same as the one in the picture, why not? - With personalised items, gemstones, message stones and crystals there will always be a difference from the one shown, due to colour and pattern variations. This can not be helped due to them being natural products. Each is unique and so no two are ever the same. We pride ourselves on the fact that we provide unique, different and original items.
